Applied
Once your application is received, our recruitment team will carefully review your experience and qualifications to determine if your background aligns with our needs and if you would be a strong fit for our team.
- Stage 2
Phone Screening with Recruiter
If your qualifications align with our current needs, our recruiter will reach out to schedule a brief phone call. This conversation allows us to learn more about your background, clinical experience, and career goals while providing you with insight into our practice, culture, and available opportunities.
- Stage 3
Medical Director Interview
The next step in the process is meeting with the Facility Medical Director for a conversation about clinical expectations, team dynamics, and hospital operations. This is a great opportunity to showcase your expertise, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of how you can contribute to our team. In many cases, we also arrange a site visit so you can experience the facility firsthand, meet potential colleagues, and see what makes our practice a great place to work.
- Stage 4
Site Visit (Optional)
Visiting the facility is a valuable opportunity to experience firsthand where you’ll be practicing. During your visit, you’ll meet key team members, tour the hospital, and get a feel for the workflow and culture. This is also a great time to ask any remaining questions and ensure the role aligns with your expectations. We want you to feel confident and excited about the opportunity to join our team!

Offer Sent
If selected for the role, we will extend an official offer, including contract details, compensation, and onboarding expectations. We are happy to answer any questions and ensure you have all the necessary information before making your decision. We look forward to welcoming you to the team!
